Enjoy thousands of beautiful and exotic orchids during the Annual Central Pennsylvania Orchid Show on Saturday, April 1 & Sunday, April 2, 2017 at the Snider Ag Building at Penn State University. Members & vendors will set up Friday April 8th. AOS judging will take place Saturday, April 9 before the show opens to the public.

Bring your camera for amazing shots of rare and native orchids. And pick up your own from the vendors to grow your own!
The Central Pennsylvania Orchid Society is a regional organization for people who are interested in orchids and affiliated with the American Orchid Society. They have members of all ages and from all walks of life, who travel from as far away as Scranton, Dubois, and Harrisburg to attend our meetings.
The first meeting of the Central Pennsylvania Orchid Society was held in December, 1963 with our first CPOS Orchid Show in the Spring of 1964.
Meetings are held on the 2nd Sunday of each month at 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. in room 123 of Head House #1 behind the Tyson building on the Penn State University Park campus.
Membership dues are $10.00 per year for individuals and families, or $7.00 per year for students. You can join at any of our events, or contact the membership chair at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information. Visitors and guests are always welcome to attend any of our meetings, but only CPOS members will receive the monthly newsletter.
