The annual spring game is the last of 15 organized practices for the football program during the spring semester and the first opportunity for Nittany Lion fans to see how the team is coming along. With admission to the stadium being complimentary, Blue-White weekend is an excellent opportunity to introduce your family to the brand and atmosphere of Penn State Football.
We advise visitors to get inside the stadium 45 minutes to an hour before kick-off to provide adequate time for getting through security, finding a seat (as this is a general admission event) and purchasing food. Gates will open 90 minutes before kickoff.
Make sure that you save some energy because Sunday is the annual Paterno Family Beaver Stadium Run benefitting the Special Olympics Pennsylvania chapter. Participants will be able to finish their walk or run at the 50 yard line of Beaver Stadium.
