B&B Suites Open Year RoundLocationWe are located at 104 Neff Road, which is along Pennsylvania Rt.150. We are just over one mile from I-80, Exit 158 Milesburg going North on PA Rt. 150. We are only 14 miles (all interstate driving) From PSU and Beaver Stadium. The Pennsylvania Wetlands Reserve is located across the highway from us and is visible from the suites.Bed & Breakfast SuitesThe Colonel Barnhart Suite is located on the 1st floor. This unit has one large bedroom with a master bath and a Jacuzzi, as well as a kitchen/dining/living area. There is a futon in the living area which folds down into a queen-size bed. This suite can sleep four persons comfortably but additional people may be accommodated with air mattresses.The Overlook Suite is located on the second floor. This suite has two bedrooms and a kitchen/dining/living area. A futon in the living area folds down into a queen-size bed. This suite can sleep six persons comfortably but additional people may be accommodated with air mattresses.Both Suites have private entrances, decks, kitchens and baths. A spiral staircase, for larger families or groups, can connect the units. Each kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, cook-top, coffee maker, toaster and a sink. Dishes and silverware are also provided. Each living room has cable TV with either a VCR or a DVD player. Both units are smoke free. We do have a few air mattresses available but not enough to accommodate total extra guest capacity. If you require these for additional guests, please request them at the time of your reservation. In the main house there are cats and a dog. If you have any allergies, please let us know and we will make sure your air is cleaned before you arrive.BreakfastGuests can prepare their own continental breakfasts at any time. Both units have kitchens with refrigerators stocked with orange juice, coffee creamers, butter packs, jellies/jams, etc. In addition, English muffins, bread, and coffee (for brewing) are provided in each unit. Should you desire to cook, there are pots and pans available next to the Colonel Barnhart Suite located on the first floor.
