Sponsored by the Boalsburg Village Conservancy, this celebration demonstrates the epitome of community as local merchants and businesses come together.
Spend the weekend caroling with your family, having breakfast with Santa and Mrs. Claus, and visiting the village merchants. 

EVENTS INCLUDE:

  • 2-6 p.m.: Cookie contest entries drop off at the Boalsburg Heritage Museum
  • 7-9 p.m.: A Taste of Boalsburg at the Boalsburg Fire Company

Boalsburg ChristmasAt the Boalsburg Fire Company:

  • 8:30-11 a.m.: Breakfast with Santa and Mrs. Claus
  • 10 a.m.: Presentation of awards to cookie contest winners; cookie sale
  • 8:30 a.m.-1 p.m.: Display of drawing competition entries
  • 10-11 a.m.: Christmas crafts with Santa’s elves
  • 10 a.m.-1 p.m.: Children’s book sales
  • 11:30 a.m.-noon: Children’s sing-along
  • Noon-1 p.m.: Children’s story time; hot chocolate

Around Boalsburg Village:

  • 11 a.m.-2 p.m.: Restless Winds carriage rides on the Diamond. $3 per person, free for children under 10
  • 11 a.m.-2 p.m.: Cider and tree decorating at the barn at the Boalsburg Heritage Museum
  • 11 a.m.-4 p.m.: Museum tours and exhibits at the Museum
  • 2 p.m.: Village Conservancy annual meeting at the Fire Company

Boalsburg Hometown ChristmasOn the Diamond:

  • 5 p.m.: Caroling at the tree. Hot chocolate by the Boalsburg Lions Club
  • 5:30 p.m.: Lighting of the tree — Santa and Mrs. Clause arrive on a Company 3 fire truck
  • 5:30 p.m.: Announcement of Christmas drawing contest winners
  • 5:45 p.m.: Drawing for the Best of Boalsburg and Friends of Boalsburg Christmas packages
  • 6-9 p.m.: Boalsburg’s Holiday Hop at the Boalsburg Fire Company
